Benefits of Massage Therapy

Golf is a physically demanding sport, requiring explosive power, flexibility and repeated motions of brute strength. Implementing regular massages will loosen and stretch stiff joints and muscles, creating a more fluid motion in the golf swing. Regular massage, combined with daily stretches, will improve range of motion and flexibility as well as increase power and performance.
